Authenticity is a buzzword these days; but what does it really mean?
As per definition it is something like “true to one’s own personality, spirit, or character.” These three elements are truly individual qualities; I invite you to learn about your qualities.
The better I know myself the more credible I get.
What do I want to achieve? What are my strengths and how can I access them? What is important to me? How can I add purpose to my life? Why should anyone listen to me? – all of these are questions I hear frequently from leaders.
